The domains that you add to our system must be legitimate, managed by you, and not associated with any spam or scam-related activity.

• It is required that all domains sending through our outbound email service have valid SPF and MX records in place.
• We strongly recommend implementing DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) to improve email authentication and deliverability.
• Each email address is limited to sending a maximum of 400 outbound emails per hour. The creation of additional accounts to circumvent this limit is prohibited.

To protect the integrity of our services and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the following activities are forbidden:

• ANY use of the instantly.ai service in connection with ours.
• Forums or communities that share and/or trade compromised personal data (leak forums).
• Forums or communities that share and/or trade pornographic material.
• Any kind of mass mailing campaign to a list of recipients that did not go through a double opt-in process.
• Hundreds of emails at a time to qq.com. If you send almost exclusively to qq.com, and hundreds of emails at a time, we are unable to provide you with service.
• Deceptive use of our services to sign up for third-party accounts in large volumes (e.g., using catchalls and randomly generated aliases).
• Forward-only service for massive numbers of domains on one account.
• Sending SMS messages via email.
• Sending bulk marketing emails (regardless of opt-in status).
• Providing or using "warmup" services.
• Sending large quantities of junk emails not intended for human consumption to third-party email services.
• Engaging in activities that damage IP address reputation.
• Abusing server system resources.
• Spoofing “From” headers to display a third party or domain that you do not own or manage.
• Storing website files, databases, or other non-email-related media.
• Email forwarders configured in such a way that they frequently exceed 400 outbound emails per hour.

Outgoing spam is strictly prohibited. All mailing lists must be double opt-in, meaning clients must sign up and verify their email address before being added to any mailing list.

We take abuse of our services seriously and reserve the right to act promptly to protect service integrity, system performance, and deliverability for all users.

4.1 Investigation and Action

If we detect, receive reports of, or suspect any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend outbound mail or specific domains.
• Place sending restrictions on affected accounts.
• Null-route or discard messages sent from compromised or abusive aliases.
• Remove offending content or configurations.
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account.

4.2 No Obligation to Warn

We are under no obligation to warn users before suspending or terminating access when a clear violation occurs, particularly in cases involving spam, phishing, or abusive activity.

4.3 IP Filtering and Blocklisting

We reserve the right to block, throttle, or reroute traffic that negatively impacts our IP reputation, including traffic to specific domains, recipients, or regions.

4.4 Harassment or Abuse of Staff

Abusive or threatening language toward our staff, support team, or affiliates will result in immediate suspension or termination of services, without refund.

4.5 Fraud and Abuse Reporting

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity or repeated abuse may be reported to the FraudRecord database to help prevent further misuse.

4.6 No Refunds for Suspensions

Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds, regardless of remaining subscription time.
