TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

By subscribing, paying for, activating or renewing a service, the customer accepts these terms and the related policies.

1. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and current information, protect passwords and sign-in details, and accept responsibility for all activity under their accounts. Customers must have the necessary rights to any domains, content, software and data used with the services. If unauthorized access is discovered, the customer must change the relevant credentials and notify ISPVM promptly.

2. Scope of Services

Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting: Storage and management systems are provided according to the selected plan. Reseller customers are responsible for their end users and must ensure those users comply with ISPVM policies.

Mail Hosting: Unlimited domains and Email Addresses mean that no fixed account-count limit is imposed within the plan's pooled storage, system resources and acceptable-use policy. It does not mean unlimited email sending. Sending remains subject to the acceptable-use policy, and inbox placement is not guaranteed.

Cloud VM: Customers are responsible for the operating system, software, configuration, security and data within their virtual machines unless another scope of service has been agreed in writing.

3. Pricing, Payment and Renewal

Service fees are based on the prices shown at the time of order and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Activation or renewal occurs after payment has been verified. For payment deadlines, refunds, discounts or fees not published on the website, contact sales before ordering. No automatic right to a refund is implied.

4. Resources and Fair Usage

“Unlimited” remains subject to pooled storage, system resources and fair-use policy. Customers must not use services in a way that affects stability, security or other users. ISPVM may ask a customer to reduce usage, adjust configuration, upgrade a plan, or suspend the part causing an impact. A Cloud VM exceeding its traffic quota will be limited to 10 Mbps until the next billing cycle, as stated in the plan details.

5. Backups

Hosting and Reseller services support backups according to system schedules and conditions, but ISPVM does not guarantee that every backup will be complete or recoverable in every case. Customers must keep a separate copy of important data and verify that the copy can be restored.

6. Support and Maintenance

Support covers Hosting, Control Panel and network systems within the service scope. Cloud VM service has an SLA to acknowledge and begin investigation within four hours; this is not a guaranteed resolution time. ISPVM may maintain or improve systems for security and stability.

7. Suspension and Termination

ISPVM may limit, suspend or terminate a service for overdue payment, policy violations, security risk, impact on systems or other people, or legal compliance. Customers should back up their data before a service ends because data may be deleted according to system procedures.

8. Availability and Limitation of Liability

ISPVM aims to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee that services will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, ISPVM is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, reputation or data. Customers are responsible for continuity plans for critical systems.

9. Changes and Contact

ISPVM may revise these terms when services, laws or risks change. The published version applies from the stated effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to customers, administrators and Reseller end users to protect the security and stability of shared systems.

1. Illegal and Harmful Activity

Services must not be used to create, store, publish, transmit or support fraud, phishing, malware, ransomware, botnets, unlawfully obtained data trading, harassment, impersonation or any illegal activity.

2. Attacks and Unauthorized Access

Vulnerability scanning, unauthorized account or system access, interception, security-control evasion, DoS/DDoS attacks, credential harvesting, or using resources to attack another system are prohibited. Security testing is permitted only on systems the customer is authorized to test and must not affect shared infrastructure.

3. Email, Spam and Communications

Spam, phishing, malware and email sent without recipient consent are prohibited. Purchased or improperly collected lists must not be used. Senders must not falsify headers, sender addresses or domains and should provide a functioning unsubscribe method where appropriate. Unlimited Email Addresses does not mean unlimited sending; sending is subject to the acceptable-use policy.

Catch-All is disabled by default. Customers who enable it are responsible for spam management and pooled-storage impact. ISPVM does not guarantee inbox placement.

4. Resource Usage

Customers must not disrupt other users or evade plan limits—for example by combining resources through duplicate accounts, using Hosting as unrelated file storage, or creating abnormal distributed traffic. Unlimited features remain subject to pooled storage, resources and fair usage.

5. Content and Third-Party Rights

Customers must not publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or personal data rights. Doxxing, unlawful surveillance and disclosure of sensitive information that places a person at risk are prohibited.

6. Investigation and Enforcement

When an issue is detected or reported, ISPVM may investigate, warn, limit resources, block access, suspend or terminate service according to severity and risk. Immediate action may be taken in an emergency. ISPVM may retain or disclose information only as necessary to investigate, prevent harm or comply with law.

7. Reporting

Reports of spam, phishing, malware or rights violations should be sent through the Contact channel with the domain or IP address, date and time, evidence and reply contact information. Action depends on information that can be verified.
